No power to start the machine - Masuter Pro, Masuter 3Updated 8 months ago

After connecting all the cables and power adapter, but the machine still cannot start up. In this case, please follow below steps to check:

Step 1: check power adapter. If the light on the power adapter does NOT light on, check the power cord and outlet, make sure power cord is correctly plugged.

If the outlet and the connection are good, then the power adapter is confirmed defective.

Step 2: if the power adapter light is on, then measure the output of the power adapter.

If the output is less than 12V, the power adapter is confirmed defective.

If the output is 12V, please follow step 3.

Step 3: measure the controller box power button. Open the controller box, find the power button.

First, set the multimeter to this gear.

Then measure the power button as below picture:

Press down the power button and repeat 1-2 times.

If the multimeter does not buzz, the power button is defective and needed to be replaced.
